Cape Tour

I was told by almost everyone that if you only have one day in Cape Town, you should do the Cape Tour. So that's what I did. Here are just a few photos from this great day. I saw spectacular coastline, animals, birds and plant life. If I had more time I would have taken hundreds of photos besides these.

  1. Glorious Cape Town! Beautiful photos, especially the one Table Mountain and her twelve apostles! It's too bad my cousin wasn't available to meet you. My Dad's sister lives in a retirement home not far from Greenpoint. Now you and Brian can compare photos. Don't know if you're aware, Brian spent three months in South Africa (Cape Town, Walvis Bay, Namabia). Leslie visited for two weeks. The Hattingh relatives are scattered throughout South Africa. My second cousin is the SA Springbok Rugby hero, Percivil "Monty" Montgomery (now retired). I'm so happy to hear you had a wonderful visit to Cape Town. Looking forward to seeing all your photos and recalling some wonderful memories. Thanks again for writing this blog and posting your fantastic photos.

  2. Carl, Thank you so much for posting these beautiful pictures. Your trip sounds long but as you know we do long trips, like the one you booked us on (30 day plus)from LA to Tahiti & back which was great. I'm so happy you were able to go on this and enjoy these magnificent animals.
